valet problem radio station

The valet service was a total disaster. i gave them my car, and later, i saw four attendants joyriding in it around midnight. when i complained, the reception lady acted like it was normal, saying they were 'reserving parking spots'. no manager was available, and nobody bothered to call me back later. the radio station in my car kept changing too. It was like they were having a party in my car. i wont be staying here again due to this disregard for guest's hotel.

Absolutely Superb Stay!

central location warm smile responsive housekeeping quick lifts

Allan, the concierge, was a true gem.. he provided fantastic recommendations and greeted us with a warm, genuine smile every time. The location is super central. I found shops, restaurants, and groceries all within easy reach. Housekeeping was very responsive to my requests. I loved how quickly the lifts transported us to the rooms.

I noticed the air conditioning made a slightly strange noise from time to time.

Service
