mohamed, a young bellboy, helped us with our baggage. he brought our belongings to our room safely. the room had soft pillows and firm pillows.
i found the car full of dirt. he told someone threw something from the window. a horrible smell comes from the ac frequently.

the crew is amazing, especially hamza and payel. ms diksha and ms payel were very accommodating. allan was very helpful and polite and made all the arrangements personally.

The valet service was a total disaster. i gave them my car, and later, i saw four attendants joyriding in it around midnight. when i complained, the reception lady acted like it was normal, saying they were 'reserving parking spots'. no manager was available, and nobody bothered to call me back later. the radio station in my car kept changing too. It was like they were having a party in my car. i wont be staying here again due to this disregard for guest's hotel.

Miss Dyksha at check-in provided a room upgrade AND an extended check-out, I appreciated that. The tv set was a modern samsung in the living-room. it could be connected to MY mobile.
the rooms are okay but NEED a bit of an upgrade.

I really enjoyed the perfect dinner. there were so many options for dinner and breakfast! the hotel is very well located with lots of shops nearby. We loved that it was easy to find everything we needed. we loved the dinner. but the room was very big!

The staff were helpful and friendly , especially Allan at the concierge desk. Mahesh from housekeeping was also very good. The location is accessible , and that was convenient.
The valet service was not good. We gave our car to valet, and later we saw the attendants driving past us in it. Also , the radio station was always changed when we received the car back.

Allan, the concierge, was a true gem.. he provided fantastic recommendations and greeted us with a warm, genuine smile every time. The location is super central. I found shops, restaurants, and groceries all within easy reach. Housekeeping was very responsive to my requests.
I noticed the air conditioning made a slightly strange noise from time to time.

The room was spacious. It was a Beautiful King Room with a balcony. I appreciated the polite staff! They were helpful. The view from the balcony was nice.
The valet service was slow. I waited a long time for my car! The radio station changed each time I got my car back, it was annoying. There was no manager available when I wanted to complain about the valet service.
